The Erasmus+ KA210-VET project “Strong Social Entrepreneur Girls (SSeG),” coordinated by 7Style UG, Germany, is nearing its successful completion. The international partnership project brought together organizations from Türkiye, Italy, and North Macedonia with the aim of empowering disadvantaged female students through technology, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.

The project contributed to preparing vocational education students for the future labor market through specially designed training modules focusing on digital transformation, social entrepreneurship, career planning, and real-world problem solving. Throughout the 18-month project period, online meetings, international learning activities (LTTs), educational modules, digital resources, and dissemination activities were successfully implemented.

Through the 4 main training modules developed within the SSeG project, students improved their:

  • digital and technological literacy,
  • social entrepreneurship competencies,
  • problem-solving and teamwork skills,
  • career planning and innovative thinking abilities.

During the international mobility activities organized within the SSeG project, each partner country implemented and tested a specific training module developed under the project framework.

In Berlin, Germany, the activities focused on the implementation of Module 1, which introduced participants to the fundamentals of digital awareness, personal development, and technology-oriented learning pathways. During the mobility, students participated in interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises designed to improve their confidence and understanding of digital opportunities for young women.

In Brindisi, Italy, the mobility activities were organized around Module 2, where participants explored entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and business-oriented thinking. Through collaborative workshops and team-based activities, students worked on idea generation, problem-solving exercises, and startup simulations.

In Prilep, North Macedonia, the partners implemented Module 3: “Career Paths in Technology & Entrepreneurship,” which focused on introducing young women to future-oriented careers in technology and entrepreneurship. Participants attended workshops covering topics such as coding for creativity, digital marketing, AI awareness, design thinking, teamwork, financial literacy, startup development, sustainability, career planning, networking, and mentorship.

In Kocaeli, Türkiye, the mobility activities focused on Module 4, where participants further developed their employability, leadership, and project presentation skills through practical and collaborative learning experiences. Students participated in workshops, group tasks, presentations, and reflective learning activities designed to strengthen their communication, confidence, teamwork, and future career planning competences. The activities also created opportunities for participants to share ideas, present mini-projects, and engage in intercultural peer learning.

The project results, digital modules, and educational materials will remain publicly accessible through Erasmus+ dissemination platforms and the project website (https://sseg-project.eu/). The developed content will continue to support vocational education institutions in the future.

The “Strong Social Entrepreneur Girls (SSeG)” project was developed in line with the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion, equal opportunities, and adapting vocational education to labor market needs.
