Empowering active citizens in our community.
Our Mission
The primary goal of the Association for Lifelong Learning and Inclusion – ARDOR is to educate members of the local community through non-formal education to become active citizens in their local communities.
What we do
Promote Participation
We enable citizens and young people to participate in the democratic way of life.
Improve Employability
We improve quality of life through non-formal education and training.
Promote European Principles
We run projects and workshops promoting multiculturalism, democracy, and human rights.
Our vision
The association’s objectives rely on the idea of expanding and creating new horizons for all citizens, of all age groups especially youth and youth workers by developing their critical thinking, promoting responsibility, and keeping them active and well-informed. Encouraging tomorrow’s leaders to step up and make positive changes in all aspects of society. Bringing into the spotlight citizens from disadvantaged backgrounds, and marginalized groups as well as promoting gender equality is one of the main aims. Furthermore, it promotes the development of intercultural competences of citizens, educational partnerships, inter-institutional communication, and community involvement.

Experience that makes a difference
7 Board Members, 20+ Active Volunteers
Our members have extensive experience in working with NGOs, the city council, the Regional Chamber of Commerce, Elementary and High Schools, and the Faculty of Economics.
Our volunteers have vast experience working as youth workers, project coordinators, facilitators, project writers, photographers, marketers and video editors, and abilities in digital, lobby & advocacy.

Our Commitment to Growth
At the same time, three other highly competent volunteers are actively participating in the institute, who contribute their experience and knowledge in the field of non-formal education and youth work to the development of the institute. The association will expand its activities in the future, and at the same time it will carry out a training program for new volunteers, who will expand and develop the vision at the local and international level.
